Hi Patty,
It should be fairly straight forward, both on the forum and on the member profile you can upload photos upto 4MB.
On the forum press the Browse button and select your photo from your computer and then press upload.
To upload an profile image, login and select 'Edit Profile' on the User Menu and then Select 'upload new profile image', click on browse and select the photo from your computer, then go to the bottom of your profile and press 'update'.
(I have added a photo to this post as an example of what it looks like once complete).
If all else fails then you can send me the photo and I'll upload for you.
