Hi Folks,

Any recommendations of a Canavan specialist in California, San Francisco area? I'm in touch with a social worker working with a Spanish speaking family. Their son's tests results are atypical: CD is showing in his blood but not his urine. His head is larger than normal and he is having seizures.

Any suggestions? THANK YOU!!!

Kim,

 I honestly don't think there are any Canavan specialists outside of the East coast. We have just tried to find a neuro who we liked and was willing to admit they didn't know everything!

 I wish the family well...
