Has anyone had problems with urine retention?  Ben has been having problems that are getting worse and has also had a few infections this year.  Presently I have just been taught how to use a catheter so I can relieve him myself at home but we are considering mitrofanoff surgery?  Ben's problem seems to be his spincter is contracting, has anyone treated this sucessfully with meds?
