is anyone elses kids more active and happy at night time.  Lilliana starts perking up and getting wild in the night time hours. she chews her check more, more smiley and playful.  im not sure if it has anything to do with the "canavan cocktail" she's on but shes like that totally different at in the morning, very sleepy and out of it.

paul is the same exact way in the morning hours is looks soo tire not talkative but aroun 8pm he is wired he goes crazy he talks cracks up laughing sometimes  he doesnt even go to bed till like 2am or 3 am he just talks and talks and laughs till he goes to sleep and gets tired  we asked the doctor but he said he doesnt know if it is the canavan or if it is just him , the doc said he has 4 other patients with CD and none of them do it only paul

Ben never enjoyed the evenings as he was tired, but would never go to sleep and would just screem for hours. So we started him on melatonin and now he goes off to sleep reasonably well, though if he's woken up shortly after being given it he runs the risk of a seizure.
