Hi.

Ben chews and grinds his teeth, this is especially when he is tired. We spoke to Ben's doctors about it and they suggested having a mouth gard. So the orthodontist took a cast of his mouth and made one. It's similar to the ones used in boxing but make of a very soft silicon type material. It works really well and allthough he still chomps when he's tired, he doesnt hurt himself or grind his teeth.

Regards,

Adrian
